Every year the public sector in the UK spends billions of pounds on projects of all sizes and descriptions. But how is that money spent and how are the projects undertaken to ensure value for money? The Government transformation agenda alone is a major undertaking for the public sector in the UK, costing billions and taking up to three years to deliver.
How do you deliver successful projects?
There are a number of recognised 'methods' used to achieve the delivery of successful projects. Prince2 is probably the most common method used in the public sector. Others include 'Agile Project Management' or 'DSDM - Dynamic Systems Development Method'
