**Tickets for Scottish Transport 2009 are now available**
Stewart Stevenson MSP, Minister for Transport, Infrastructure & Climate Change opened Scottish Transport 2008 with a Keynote Address.
The Northern Ireland Transport Minister Conor Murphy MP also delivered a Keynote speech at the conference, focussing on the importance of developing the transport links between Scotland and Northern Ireland.
Chaired by Louise Batchelor, Transport Correspondent for BBC Scotland, the conference attracted over 1000 delegates, exhibitors and seminar/speaker organisations from across the transport sector in Scotland.
