Rail 2009
Ten Alps' third annual Rail conference took place on 16th June 2009 at the Institution of Engineering and Technology (IET), Savoy Place, London. The conference, Chaired by Robert Wright, Financial Times Transport Correspodent, had as its theme: 'Unlocking Future Growth: Delivering a Modern Sustainable Rail System'.
This event examined the challenges and opportunities moving forward, providing a forum for analysis of the Government's policy and investment plans and debate around future priorities. The event provided an opportunity for rail professionals within the UK to share best practice and industry insight with international partners, as well as providing extensive networking opportunities.
