Following the publication of the latest OGC Guidance on Project, Programme and Portfolio Management, our May conference provided a valuable forum for discussion on issues arising from the application of the Guidance, whilst providing a showcase for best practice case study examples of Project Management in successful service delivery. The focus for this year’s Conference was ‘Building on Success’.

Public Sector Project Management 2009 – Building on Success presented a line-up of some of the most important names in Project Management today, providing an opportunity to network with around 300 colleagues from across the public sector and contribute to the various debates.

This Conference and Exhibition served as an important forum for the exchange of ideas and experiences, helping to improve efficiency and effectiveness in response to targets and reviews, turning understanding into action and ultimately ‘Building on Success’.
